Mityana Municipal Council is entirely a government entity funded by the Government of the Repiublic of Uganda, Private Sector Organisations, International Organisation among others. Currently Mityana Municipal Council offers services under twelve departments which include, Administration, Finance, Statutory, Production, Health, Education, Roads and Engineering, Natural Resources, Community Based Services, Planning, Internal Audit and Trade.
