Mityana Municipal Commission a two class room block worth 58 Million

Mityana Resident District Commisioner together with the Mityana Municipal leadership have today commissioned buildings at Mityana Public School worth 58 Million.
While Commissioning the building the RDC Mr Afriacano Aharikundira thanked the government of Uganda for the effort they have done to see to it that service delivery reach the people and also that Mityana Municipality Council for the effort they have made to see that they can put such renovations at the school.
RDC Aharikundira said that the work of the RDC is to monitor government programs and also to supervice all the project where the governnment put money to see that where they have put money their is value for money.
The Mityana Municipal Mayor Faustine Mukambwe thanked the council for the great work they have done to see to it that they construct such building and asked the pupiles to use them well so that they can serve for along time.
Mayor Mukambwe said that they are going to see that they improve the services in schools so that the pupils learn wel and achive their goals.
Mityana Municipal Engineer John Wasswa said that they made renovations on a two classroom block and also constructed a five stance pit latrine and the source of money is from DEG and SFG.
Mityana Municipal Education Officer Mr Gerald Ssali said that their are many schools that need help in terms of buildings and funiture for the learnsto use.
